Senior Financial Analyst, Finance

Job Summary
Lead the monthly SG&A process by developing, maintaining, and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and accruals. Partner with business functions to analyze cost drivers, perform variance analysis of actuals versus budget, and provide actionable commentary. Support the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries and PO reporting, while preparing management reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Identify risks in SG&A, recommend corrective actions, and assist in preparing the Plan, Update, and LBE cycles. Ensure data accuracy, adherence to internal controls, and invoice compliance. Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and stakeholders to improve processes and assist with ad hoc analysis. Work closely with the Immunology commercial team to drive effective financial decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Four to five years of related work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced English skills
Desired Qualifications
- advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA)
- Knowledge of BPC, APT, SAP and Power BI
