Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst focused on expense allocations, SAP prorates, and statutory reporting with responsibility for monthly/quarterly/annual financial analyses and reports. Build and maintain financial models using inputs from multiple financial systems, review prorates and allocated results, monitor unallocated balances, and perform anomaly analysis. Prepare statutory expense ratios and peer analyses, document processes and controls in line with SOX, and support ad-hoc projects and process improvements. Requires strong Excel skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration; BA/BS in Finance or Accounting and 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Highly proficient in Excel (pivots, index/matches, vlookups)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Experience with SAP, BPC, PaPM and Analysis for Office is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
