Job Summary
Manage the full cycle accounting for multiple corporate property-owning legal entities, including the month-end close process, annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and treasury functions. Collaborate with partners and boards while communicating across time zones with management, departments, and external parties. Requires a university degree, ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification, and minimum three years of accounting experience in a large, complex environment. Based in London, this role supports a £7bn portfolio across prime offices, multifamily, logistics, and retail, with a focus on managing existing assets and planning expansion in Asia Pacific.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualified
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting function
- Experience in a large environment with a complex organizational structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a changing and fast paced corporate environment managing multiple competing deadlines
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to embrace steep learning curve with an open attitude towards learning
