Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, conducting forecasts and budgeting, building and maintaining financial models, evaluating capital expenditures and investments, monitoring cost structures, and communicating findings to senior management and non-financial stakeholders. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial information for diverse audiences. Must be located in Austin or relocating to the area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling)
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and business operations
- Desirable: CPA, CFA, or similar professional certifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial software tools
