Job Summary

Partner with Early Intervention leadership to build financial models and forecasts for revenue, COGS, and operating expenses. Own the EI P&L by executing month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries, accruals, and actual-versus-forecast commentary. Deliver monthly Latest Thinking analysis, support new MCO access bids, and ensure quarterly pricing calculations align with the Government Pricing team. Present financial results in Quarterly Business Reviews and model strategic deal opportunities to confirm financial viability. Complete ad-hoc analysis on pricing, gross-to-net, and sales & marketing expenses while driving continuous operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting
  • An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications
  • A minimum of three years of finance and accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively in a matrix organization across functional groups
  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment
  • Must work well in a dynamic environment, work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and recommend and implement process improvements
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence others at all levels within a matrixed organization
  • Results driven by ownership and accountability for deliverables
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills
  • Accuracy with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning
