Job Summary

Conduct financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning for Disney Games, including title-level revenue, operating income, cash flow, and variance analysis. Build and maintain portfolio-level financial models across mobile, console, and PC platforms to evaluate licensing economics and strategic initiatives. Prepare management reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-ready analysis for business partners and senior leadership. Support consolidation of annual operating plans and forecasts using Cognos TM1 and Power BI, while assisting with ad hoc deal support, scenario modeling, and reporting automation. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex games data into clear financial insights for nimble decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of finance, accounting, strategic planning, or FP&A experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to build clear, executive-ready analyses and presentations
  • Experience with financial reporting/planning systems such as Cognos TM1, SAP/HANA, or similar tools
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets, identify key drivers, and communicate financial insights clearly to finance and non-finance audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workstreams, manage tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Curiosity and interest in the games business, including title performance, licensing economics, live services, platform dynamics, and portfolio strategy

  • Background working with data using SQL, Python and/or statistical packages
