Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst responsible for providing financial insights and projections to support decision-making for Commercial Leaders. Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and develop financial models to support strategic planning and operational efficiency. Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasts with regional commercial leaders; analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast and explain key drivers for top and bottom lines. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and models for revenue, costs, and headcount; develop monthly KPIs and dashboards. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Sales Ops to gather data and understand business drivers. Drive cost control measures to sustain operating margins and provide pricing insights to the General Manager, including price-increase initiatives. Ensure Revenue Recognition per policy and support revenue recognition reviews with the accounting team. Review demo assets aging and ensure policy compliance. Support ad-hoc financial analyses and projects for senior management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Demonstrate strong teamwork, analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, OBI, EPM). Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
