Job Summary
Lead detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis using ARGUS Enterprise and Excel for office, industrial, multifamily, and alternative assets. Build and audit complex discounted cash flow models, analyze rent rolls and lease abstracts, and translate underwriting into actionable pricing guidance. Prepare Broker Opinions of Value and institutional-quality Offering Memorandums while synthesizing market research and comparable sales data. Support end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, buyer underwriting, escrow coordination, and data room management. Interface directly with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred)
- 3 or more years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong background in financial modeling, including ARGUS Enterprise and Excel-based DCF analysis
- Experience underwriting multiple asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial preferred)
- California Real Estate Salesperson's License, or ability to obtain one within six months of employment
