Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst for CVS Shared Services, Real Estate Facilities, and Data Centers who partners with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline across capital programs. Responsible for annual budget development, financial planning, and forecasting; providing financial reporting, accruals, and budget requirements; delivering dashboards and data-driven insights to support decision-making across Retail and Non-Retail units; ensuring data integrity in project and expense reporting; and supporting compliance with capital policy and tax audits. The role also includes training and onboarding for new colleagues, preparing project reports for business partners and leaders, and collaborating to drive cross-functional processes and continuous improvement. Required qualifications emphasize a minimum of 2+ years in finance/accounting, advanced Excel, strong communication, presentation delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience with Oracle, Tririga, SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, Ariba, Power BI, and Smartsheet; and a background in financial analysis and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Construction Finance, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong critical thinking skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings and develop clear processes and documentation for peers, end users, and leadership
- Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience building cross-functional relationships and leading end-to-end processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet aggressive deadlines
