Job Summary
Evaluate financial data, develop models, and prepare forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning. Investigate variances between actuals and budgets, report on trends and risks, and assist with the monthly close process. Collaborate with internal and external auditors, partner with accounting teams to analyze data, and present accurate financial reports and dashboards to senior management. Independently solve complex problems and design new financial processes. Starting salary is $100,000. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 4-6 years of experience and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
- High level of proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Experience utilizing software such as Excel, Power BI, and other modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to dig deep, summarize and communicate complex information in a straightforward manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present complex financial concepts and modeling results to non-financial stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on modeling outcomes
