Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis for the US Automotive Parts Group, identifying key performance drivers, trends, and variances to inform strategic inputs. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing regular and special reports, executing ad-hoc analysis, and providing peer review support to ensure accuracy. Enhance TM1 capabilities and integrate financial tools like Qlik and OBIEE to improve reporting visualization for HQ and field managers. Monitor expense levers and cost controls to maintain profitability targets while developing training for leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' prior work experience in Corporate Reporting/FP&A role
- Advanced knowledge of TM1 or other budgeting and forecasting tools, such as Hyperion (as an administrator)
- Good understanding of US GAAP
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision
- Highly organized
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving capabilities and superior analytical skills
- High level of commercial and financial acumen experience required
- Demonstrated and advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution (or other advanced degree in economics, mathematics, finance, marketing intelligence or business intelligence) or equivalent
