Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A

Job Summary
Lead monthly portfolio performance reviews by presenting key variances versus forecast, budget, and prior year, and capture action items for the ELT and ownership team. Build and maintain driver-based models to forecast individual portfolios at the property, market, and consolidated levels, while automating recurring analyses and dashboards in Power BI. Prepare quarterly investor reporting packages, board materials, and debt covenant reports, and support the development of rolling forecasts and annual budgets. Consolidate data from core systems including Yardi, OneStream, and Power BI to ensure timely, accurate portfolio close. Synthesize findings for competitive analysis of public SFR peers and present to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent work experience and/or education
- 2 years of progressive experience in a financial or business analyst role
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to partner and influence business partners across an organization
- Experience preparing and presenting financial data for Finance and Operational leaders
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles / practices, basics of financial markets, analysis and reporting of financial data
- Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, business operations, client partnership, resource allocation, project management, and coordination of people and resources

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using PowerBI
- Experience using OneStream or similar financial reporting software
- Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL)
