Job Summary
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across Coptic Orphans' five operating entities, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards. Build and maintain financial data architecture, including models, dashboards, and internal controls, while producing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reports for executive decision-making. Drive multi-currency analysis, inter-entity reconciliation, and grant reporting, serving as the primary interface for external auditors and audit preparation. Monitor budget performance through variance root cause analysis and track restricted funds to ensure donor compliance. Requires 7-10 years of experience, advanced Excel/ERP skills, and occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
- at least 2 years in a multi-entity or multi-country environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (scenario modeling, Power Query, dynamic arrays)
- ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP Business One, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with multi-currency consolidation, FX variance analysis, and inter-entity reconciliation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-country teams across multiple time zones
- Occasional international travel
- Working out of the official hours and on weekends
