Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for partnering with Retail, Construction and G&A teams to analyze expenses, drive ROI in Retail Stores, manage CAPEX tracking, and support monthly close with variances and accounting-adjacent insights. Key duties include expense control and reporting, developing methodologies to evaluate initiatives, monitoring KPIs with the COO and Retail Directors, setting monthly sales targets, calculating store bonuses, managing labor-hour budgets and productivity, CAPEX spend tracking, and providing ad hoc analyses and reports using TM1 and ERP systems. The role emphasizes data-driven financial guidance, risk/opportunity identification, budgeting/forecast collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to optimize costs and performance across multiple departments.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling
- Retail/Wholesale experience
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Power BI and Other MS applications
- SAP or other comparable ERP system exposure
