Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst – Partner Services supports firm partners across the Global Tax, Benefits & Well-Being, and Retirement departments. Responsibilities include creating custom financial reports detailing partner compensation and tax deductions, consolidating information from multiple sources, and designing templates and tools for use by the Financial Senior Analyst and team. The role requires applying analytical skills in finance, accounting, and economics to deliver detailed reporting and insights. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required, with professional services experience preferred. The position offers a hybrid and in-office work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- A minimum of Two (2) or more years related analytical experience in finance or accounting is desired
- Experience at a professional services organization is desired
