Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst Consultant to support Leadership Team with pricing strategies and revenue management against client expectations. Responsible for creating budgets and forecasts, responding to complex RFPs, performing risk/reward analyses, and developing budget-to-actual reports and ad hoc dashboards. Requires collaboration with attorneys and department heads, data modeling and benchmarking analyses, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) as well as SQL, SSRS, R, or Python. Knowledge of budget management for large client matters and experience in creating and optimizing dashboards; ability to interpret comparable matter data and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 4 years FP&A experience
- Strong Excel/SQL/BI tooling experience
- Experience communicating with attorneys and clients
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Experience with budgeting systems (e.g., D365, 3E)
