Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & Profitability will provide pricing expertise and advisory support to attorneys and other business functions through quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive the firm’s financial and pricing goals. Responsibilities include leading pricing responses for opportunities with competitive, profitable fee proposals; conducting pricing-focused practice group, industry, and market analyses; developing internal pricing databases and go-to-market templates; assisting the Rate Approval Committee using ServiceNow to generate reports on outcomes, performance, and trends; and preparing analysis and presentation materials for annual pricing strategy meetings. The role requires advanced financial modeling and project management skills, proficiency with MS Office and related software, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics/finance/accounting/business administration with a Master’s degree preferred. Prior experience in financial analysis and/or project management in a professional services environment is expected.
