Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst to analyze and translate complex financial data into actionable insights and visual narratives for a global law firm. Responsible for generating regular and ad-hoc KPI reports, building interactive dashboards in BI tools (Tableau), and crafting polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate financial concepts clearly to senior leadership. Collaborates with cross-functional teams across legal, finance, marketing, and HR to understand data needs and deliver visually compelling data stories that support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros, pivots, data manipulation)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with large data sets and data visualization
- Experience building interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau)
- Ability to develop regular and ad-hoc reports on KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with senior management, attorneys, and staff
