Job Summary

Manage the P&L for the Agency Finance segment of the Commercial Real Estate business, conducting analysis to drive outcomes, relevant insights, and action plans. Own budgeting and forecasting processes while delivering accurate financial management analyses to enable partners to meet their objectives. Build and deliver presentations to senior audiences that communicate key results, outcomes, and actions, providing transparency on costs, drivers, risks, and opportunities. Partner with business stakeholders to assess financial implications of initiatives and address ad-hoc requests in an ambiguous environment. Independently manage workload while fostering trusted partnerships across FP&A teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to conduct analysis and drive outcomes, relevant insights, and action plans
  • Ability to develop presentations to senior audiences to communicate insights and influence business and financial outcomes
  • Ability to partner with the business to assess the financial implications of ongoing and proposed new initiatives to optimize business performance
  • Ability to foster trusted business partnerships
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams within FP&A
  • Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility
  • Ability to deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses to enable our partners to deliver on their financial and business objectives
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations that communicate key results, outcomes, and actions to senior audiences
  • Ability to provide transparency on costs and drivers, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to budget targets
  • Ability to address and deliver on ad-hoc requests and special projects, often in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload
  • Demonstration of a passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A and technical skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
