Job Summary
Develop financial models and pricing analyses for new business opportunities, renewals, and commercial programs to evaluate profitability outcomes. Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand operational drivers and client requirements. Analyze client and business performance to identify risks and recommendations for improving revenue growth and margin performance. Support pricing strategy development through scenario modeling, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations while developing dashboards to track key commercial metrics. Monitor financial and operational trends to provide actionable insights to leadership and track initiatives from approval through implementation. Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as requested by senior leadership, with limited travel under 5%.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Pricing, FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, Consulting, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience supporting pricing decisions, profitability analysis, financial modeling, or commercial decision-making
- Limited travel may occasionally be required (<5%)
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Requires vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
