Job Summary
Collaborate with key stakeholders to support annual budget development and multi-year strategic planning while leading quarterly forecast management and executive-level presentation preparation. Design dashboards to highlight business trends, implement process enhancements for efficiency, and deliver accurate ad hoc analyses within tight deadlines. Monitor capital expenditure budgets against actuals and develop reporting tools to provide senior leadership with visibility into performance. This Full Time role requires 2 days per week onsite at the 320 Bay Street location, with relocation to Richmond Hill expected by January 2027. Salary range is 85,000-95,000 CAD.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of financial/accounting work experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis focus
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and IFRS
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- High level of confidence and results oriented with ability to set realistic and attainable goals and meet those on time
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills including regular use of functions, pivot tables, etc.
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- 2 days per week in the office at our 320 Bay Street location
- 2 days per week onsite at Richmond Hill beginning January 2027
- 3 days per week onsite as of June 2027

- Successfully pass satisfactory background screening (depending on the role - Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, Driver's Abstract, Education Verification, Current Professional Registration)
