Job Summary
The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at CS Power Systems will take ownership of analyzing financial data to estimate future revenues and expenditures for MSS business. Responsibilities include tracking financial performance, analyzing business performance and market conditions, creating forecasts, assisting senior management with tactical and strategic decision-making, and organizing data into accessible reports. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of financial analysis experience, and familiarity with financial software. Strong communication and integrity standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of related financial, planning, and analysis experience
- High degree of accuracy and proven ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment
- Possess the highest standards of integrity, business controls, and business practices
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel, across functions, organizations, and with external contacts
- Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively, and cross-culturally
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within complex public companies that have multiple legal entities
- Familiarity with financial programs and software, such as SAP, Power BI or other analytical tools
