Job Summary
Support the FP&A team with monthly business reviews, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting across assigned regions. Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models incorporating volume, pricing, margin, and labor assumptions while preparing monthly and quarterly packages with variance commentary. Develop dashboards to improve visibility into operating KPIs and assist in annual budgeting and long-range planning by consolidating inputs across multiple regions. Partner with regional controllers to validate actuals against forecasts and flag emerging risks, conducting ad hoc analysis to support pricing, labor, and capital decisions. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at Lake Success headquarters three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, ideally supporting a multi-unit or multi-region business
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and large dataset management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across several regions
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive, curious approach to problem-solving and a desire to grow into a business-partnering finance role
- Solid knowledge of Accounting principles, and familiarity with Financial Statements
- Work on-site at our Lake Success headquarters three (3) days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with planning or BI tools (Planful, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, SQL) a plus
