Job Summary

Create and analyze complex financial models to support pricing decision tools for senior management. Serve as key contact for RM and Sales on expense allocations, pricing trends, and client profitability reporting. Develop new tools via Excel, Access, and Hyperion to automate pricing analysis and enhance deal tracking. Lead data collection and analysis for competitive benchmarking, backtesting, and client segment reporting. Provide expertise on specific rates and fee structures to ensure profitability while managing ad-hoc projects across Investor Services.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset and the confidence to challenge conventional/established approaches
  • Ability to collect, analyze and utilize large data sets to support pricing and client profitability analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to confidently and professionally lead pricing proposal conversations with Sr. Management and navigate difficult conversations
  • Highly adaptable with ability to adjust quickly to competing demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects – project management experience
  • Strong technical skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point as well as proficiency in either Tableau or Qlik

Desired Qualifications

  • Direct knowledge of Investor Services products and disciplines is a plus
  • Knowledge of available emerging technologies a plus
  • Ability to create and analyze complex financial models which be used as pricing decision support tools by Sr. Management
  • Serve as key point of contact for RM and Sales for expense allocations, pricing and client profitability analysis and reporting
  • Create, propose and develop new tools (via Excel, Access, Hyperion, etc) to enhance and automate pricing analysis
  • Provides pricing expertise and analytics, helps lead the collection and analysis of data
  • Support deal pricing, including making recommendations on specific rates and fee structures that are competitive and will lead to profitability
  • Support the BBH's client profitability process, including data integrity, client profitability, and the RE lead Optimization review
  • Support continued review and escalation of costing/pricing issues which impede our ability to profitably grow our business
  • Work to enhance deal tracking and reporting regarding new business and repricing exercises
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis, as well as develop and maintain financial models
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects including competitive benchmarking, backtesting, client profitability reporting, client segment reporting, etc.
