Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst role in Autodesk's COO Finance Spend team. You will partner with VP, FD & FBPs to analyze spend, drive budget and forecasting cycles, and provide ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions. You will develop and refine financial frameworks to assess ROI on Sales & Marketing investments, lead monthly/quarterly management reporting, track headcount-related costs, and own quarter-end activities such as cross-charges and accruals. The role requires building and improving financial models, delivering high-quality analyses, and collaborating with Finance, HR, and senior leaders. Proficiency with SAP and Anaplan to manage OPEX and reporting, along with strong attention to detail and effective communication, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 12 yrs of experience in driving annual budget planning, quarterly and monthly forecasting cycles for a large organization
- Experience developing financial frameworks to support strategic decisions and ROI tracking on investments in Sales & Marketing
- Proficiency with SAP and Anaplan to track, manage, and report expenditures (OPEX)
- Ability to partner with Finance BPs, HR, and senior leadership; excellent communication and analytical skills; self-starter mentality
