Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst responsible for forecasting, financial analysis, and monthly reporting to support operational objectives. Lead development of monthly financial, operational, and portfolio reporting; build forecasts and performance metrics; perform variance analysis and cash flow estimates; ensure data integrity of the System of Record and support ad hoc research. Collaborate with Accounting, Risk, and executive leadership; participate in process improvements; contribute to cross-functional projects and support VP of Finance in achieving department and company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- 2 to 5 years experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
- Experience in Financial Services or related industry preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with GAAP preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Microsoft Access experience a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and highly analytical, with proven ability to identify and resolve problems
- Highly organized with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Must be a team player and possess top-notch organizational skills
- Vintage modeling experience a plus
