Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst/Assistant Manager sought to own end-to-end event and deal P&Ls, lead pre- and post-event financial analysis, build business cases with NPV/IRR and sensitivity analyses, and partner with commercial teams to translate complex financials into actionable guidance for senior leaders. Responsibilities span budgeting, variance analysis, post-event reconciliation, sponsorship and partnership economics, artist contract economics, and capital investments. The role requires building repeatable financial models in Excel, delivering monthly dashboards and executive-ready decks, and influencing stakeholders across finance, marketing, and production. Strong commercial judgment, advanced Excel, PowerPoint storytelling, and English communication are essential; CFA/CMA/ACCA/CPA/MBA credentials are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
- 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development
- Strong financial modeling skills - building event/deal P&Ls, NPV/IRR analysis, scenario and sensitivity modeling from scratch in Excel
- Advanced Excel proficiency (complex modeling, lookups, dynamic arrays, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal English - comfortable presenting to senior leadership and producing executive-grade output
