Job Summary
Analyze various financial projects including mergers and acquisitions, and build, enhance, and maintain complex financial models. Support project and corporate capitalization processes by conducting due diligence, identifying key risks and mitigants, and performing cash flow analyses. Propose strategies to maximize financial performance and make recommendations on financing decisions for long and short term financings. Execute project financing transactions, tax equity raises, and capital markets financing while managing due diligence and negotiating financing documents. Work with financial institutions and cross-functional teams to coordinate work assignments and analyze the impact of relevant financing projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- 4+ years

- solid working knowledge of accounting principles and financial techniques
