Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst for the APAC travel agency FP&A team focused on forecasting, annual planning, and performance reviews for the APAC travel agency business. Responsibilities include challenging incentive payouts to protect margins, supporting financial models and ad-hoc analyses to identify regional growth opportunities, assisting month-end close and variance analysis, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting accuracy and accelerate decision-making. Strong stakeholder management and dashboarding skills (Power BI/Qlik) and experience applying AI, automation, or analytics to enhance reporting are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance or a related role
- Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional decisions
- Proficiency creating dashboards using Power BI or Qlik
- Experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to enhance reporting productivity
