Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Lead financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Own monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting, including variance analysis and actionable insights. Develop forecasting models with FP&A leadership, analyze key drivers of revenue and cash flow, and prepare executive-ready presentations. Support budgeting processes by coordinating inputs and validating assumptions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and Operations to ensure data integrity, drive continuous improvement through automation, and evaluate business cases. Provide mentorship to junior analysts and perform SAP BPC administrative functions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and five years of FP&A experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Economics
- 5 years in accounting or FP&A function
- Highly proficient personal digital literacy
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven
- Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems
- Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topics
- Strong social skills and proven commitment to teamwork
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time restraints
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Business, Planning and Consolidation a plus
