Job Summary
Support the company's financial forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plans, including variance analysis and special projects. Analyze trends in key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures to highlight unexpected variances and develop corrective actions. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, providing accurate recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Partner with internal business unit heads to deliver financial analysis and forecasting that drive business targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 4-7 years' experience in FP&A or transaction services advisory roles
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision
- Highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
