Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst for an AI-driven Finance Transformation initiative in Tempe, AZ. Responsibilities include prototyping AI-driven finance use cases, automating finance workflows, developing internal tools and dashboards, and leveraging Python, SQL, and AI tools to support Finance leadership. You will prototype financial analysis assistants, automate reports and presentations, and collaborate with finance leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key KRAs include prototyping AI use cases, automating workflows, building dashboards, leveraging data from Snowflake, D365, or ERP systems, and communicating results effectively across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical finance role
- Strong understanding of financial statements, key metrics (revenue, margins, EBITDA), and FP&A workflows
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to Python and SQL
- Experience with modern AI/analytics tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and curiosity-driven
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
