Job Summary
Build a robust reporting and analytics platform to deliver actionable financial insights that optimize company operations. Perform structured and ad hoc analyses to interpret past performance and project future results, while extracting data from varying source systems. Develop insightful Tableau dashboards and financial models to analyze variance, forecasts, and budget impacts, championing data integrity by identifying anomalies. Collaborate cross-functionally with management to research operational trends, prioritize resources, and communicate findings to various organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics or Statistics)
- 4-6 years of total work experience in a combination of Analytics, FP&A, corporate or strategic finance within a public or high growth company
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with desire to seek sophisticated problems
- Intermediate level skills in large-scale data mining in SQL, including developing queries
- Intermediate level skills in developing dashboards in Tableau Desktop
- Advanced level skills in Excel, including VBA/Macro development
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Experience with Excel PowerQuery
- Experience with Google BigQuery
- Expert in Tableau Desktop
- Familiarity with Google Big Query a plus
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, influence, and communicate with all levels of management; preferred experience supporting both commercial as well as functional business partners
- Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized; able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of work and delivering outcomes
- Ability to critically assess and evaluate data to recognize trends or anomalies
