Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst - Accounting role in Enercare's Corporate Finance in Markham, Ontario, focusing on month-end close, bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and process improvements across CRM systems and financial data. Responsibilities include preparation of monthly journal entries, conducting bank reconciliations, ensuring accounts are supported and cleared timely, driving legacy cleanup and sustainable processes, partnering with operations to understand CRM transactions, supporting CRM-related sub-projects, ensuring data accuracy across SAP and Service Titan, creating SOPs for CRM business processes, improving data flows to reduce manual adjustments, and providing ad-hoc reporting and support for audits. Qualifications include a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business with CPA preferred, at least 5 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Accounting/Finance/Business Degree
- professional accounting designation preferably a CPA
- Minimum of 5 years’ of business experience including bank reconciliations, financial analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize under pressure
- Experience with month-end close and bank reconciliations
- Experience with CRM systems (CRM processes, data flows) and SAP/Service Titan would be advantageous
