Job Summary
Coordinate timely submission of financial reports and planning deliverables while supporting forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews. Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, and profitability to drive strategic and operational decision-making. Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal processes and support audits, statutory closes, and regional finance team interactions. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools. This role is based in Milan, Italy, within Abbott's CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management division, offering exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional projects in a collaborative, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling, or business finance
- Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
