Job Summary
Develop budgets and forecasts in support of annual plans and quarterly latest best estimates while performing variance analysis to identify key drivers for business performance improvement. Consolidate P&L data, prepare month-end result presentations, and conduct regular financial reviews with operations leadership to communicate performance and strategic insights. Lead annual product standard cost setting cycles and provide ad-hoc analyses to support complex decision-making for site operations. Collaborate with site finance and operations leadership to drive financial ownership, cost efficiency, and business excellence within the Cardiac Rhythm Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in month-end close, financial variance analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Self-motivated and proactive, setting high standards for success
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and ability to articulate results based on audience
- Quick learner and adaptable to changes and new environment
