Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst – Property, 6-month max-term contract at Sydney Airport. Deliver end-to-end FP&A across the Property portfolio; partner with Property leaders to provide trusted FP&A support including monthly management accounts, reporting and analysis. Prepare forecasts, budgets and long-term financial outlooks as part of the Corporate Plan. Deliver insights on financial performance, trends, KPIs and key business drivers. Support development of business cases, contract renewals and tender evaluations; contribute to capital expenditure planning, risk and opportunity assessments and debtor tracking. Collaborate on data analytics, dashboards, reporting enhancements and process improvements; mentor Financial Analysts within the Commercial FP&A team. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle GL or similar. This role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics and CA/CPA or equivalent certification; 5+ years FP&A experience in a large corporate environment. Will work in a hybrid remote arrangement from Mascot, NSW with a Sydney Airport team.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, and CA, CPA or equivalent certification.
- 5+ years experience in FP&A and month-end reporting within a large corporate environment.
