Job Summary
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning while analyzing revenue, costs, and margins to deliver variance analysis and insights to leadership. Partner with program and operations teams to track financial performance and cost drivers, building and maintaining models that support key business decisions. Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, flagging risks and opportunities early to bring structure and clarity to complex financial operations within a respected aerospace and defense manufacturer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- About 3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
- Comfort translating financial insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP experience
Desired Qualifications
