Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst-1 supports system-wide labor management across Endeavor Health through advanced analytics, benchmarking, reporting, and operational partnership. Translates labor, productivity, staffing, volume, and financial data into actionable insights to help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve labor utilization. Partners with operational leaders, FP&A, Decision Support, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data, clear interpretation, and practical recommendations for informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Labor Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare operations analytics, labor productivity, workforce analytics, decision support, benchmarking, performance improvement, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, build models, validate results, and summarize findings for leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, explain variances, and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong written communication, presentation development, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a larger team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing operational needs
- Strong attention to detail, data integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment
- Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility within a system-level labor management function
