Job Summary
Senior Financial Aid Administrator responsibilities include administering, determining eligibility, and processing student financial aid to maintain positive cash flow; packaging state and federal aid and VA benefits; counseling students and parents; auditing and running reports; collaborating with other departments; assisting with training new hires; and participating in projects. Requires on-site attendance up to 5 days/week at the Tempe Corporate Office. CampusVue experience and a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and attention to detail are valued; basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Financial Aid experience
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
