Job Summary
Senior-level remote sales-focused Financial Advisor role focused on acquiring high-net-worth clients for a leading global wealth advisory firm. Responsibilities include working with warm, pre-qualified leads; conducting discovery calls, presentations, and consultative meetings; understanding client financial goals and presenting tailored investment solutions; closing new business and handing off clients post-onboarding. Key skills include active IIROC licensure with at least 24 months experience as an Investment Dealer Representative, CIM or CFA designation preferred, 5+ years in selling financial services to high-net-worth individuals, proven sales results, excellent communication, and proficiency with digital/virtual sales tools. Fully remote from anywhere in Canada (excluding Quebec) with a base of $100K and uncapped commission potential (OTE $180K–$250K+). Must reside in Canada as a citizen or permanent resident.
Required Qualifications
- Active Dealing Representative licence (IIROC) with minimum 24 months experience as an Investment Dealer Representative
- CIM or CFA designation strongly preferred
- 5+ years experience selling financial services or investment products to high-net-worth individuals
- Proven track record of client acquisition
- Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume virtual/phone sales
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and virtual platforms
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Canada
