Job Summary
Senior Financial Accountant needed for CAA Brand Management to join a collaborative controllership team. Responsibilities include preparing a multicurrency consolidated trial balance for 4–8 entities under UK GAAP for statutory audit, coordinating financial statement production with a consulting firm, completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, approving all bank postings and journals prepared by the finance assistant, preparing month-end postings (prepayments and accruals) for UK/EMEA operations, ensuring supporting documentation for expenses and vendor purchases, and aiding in the transition from D365 to SAP. Required ACA/ACCA qualification (or on last exam) with experience consolidating multiple TBs; familiarity with Dynamics and/or SAP is ideal. Strong analytical, big-picture thinking, and collaborative teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Experience consolidating multiple trial balances
- Experience with multi-currency consolidation and UK GAAP
- Ability to coordinate financial statement production with external consulting firms
- Experience with month-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal postings
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see the bigger P&L and balance sheet impact
- Collaborative, proactive team player, able to work with a finance assistant and cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Completed ACA/ACCA qualification

- Exposure to accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP)
