Job Summary
Senior Financial Accountant responsible for end-to-end financial administration across multiple legal entities, including journal entries, month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations. Drive accuracy in financial reports, support audit activities, and contribute to process improvements. Collaborate with stores and HQ, oversee payroll-related reconciliations, cash management, VAT submissions, fixed asset registers, and ad hoc financial analyses. Strong Excel skills and experience with Odoo ERP are advantageous; English communication is essential in a dynamic, hybrid-work environment in Amsterdam.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial data
- Experience with fixed asset accounting is a plus
- Experience with Odoo ERP is a significant advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the business
- Solid foundation in accounting and finance
