Job Summary
Own month-end processes and reporting for Operations, Treasury, Marketing, and Leases, while supporting the Senior Finance Manager in end-to-end close workflows. Partner with finance business partners to improve output quality and ensure clear financial understanding, and lead a finance graduate through coaching and development. Drive continuous improvement and system optimization within the Accounting Centre of Excellence, specifically focusing on lease system efficiency and ESSA framework enhancements ahead of the consolidation change to M&S. Manage direct reports and contribute to process optimization across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience of delivering and managing changes to month-end processes
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Organised individual that thrives in a team environment
- Leadership of a direct report
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of Finance systems (Oracle Fusion/EPM)
