Job Summary
Seeking a reliable (senior) Financial Accountant to manage AP and AR reports, execute credit checks, process tax returns, perform account analyses, support accounting management, and assist in the preparation of financial statements. The role involves managing journal entries, accounts reconciliation for monthly or annual closing, budget preparation, and participation in audits. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 3-5 years of experience, solid knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in finance or accounting
- Approximately 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch
Desired Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of IFRS
- Solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite)
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
