Senior Finance Transformation Analyst

Job Summary
Automate month-end close tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting workflows) using data automation and workflow tools; conduct business analysis through stakeholder interviews with accounting, tax, procurement, and finance to identify process gaps and propose improvements; drive finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability of financial data and reporting; develop and manage project plans with cross-functional teams; ensure internal controls and SOX compliance; apply US GAAP and leverage AI/automation to enhance financial data analysis and decision-making; opportunity to work within Intapp's finance and Controllership functions and grow with a public company.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA/macros
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Alteryx and/or KNIME or similar workflow automation tools
- Experience with dashboard development using Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience at Big 4 or equivalent and SOX compliance experience
