Job Summary
Build and maintain the finance capability inventory, mapping capabilities to standard end-to-end business processes and industry-standard frameworks. Document current-state processes and systems while benchmarking against leading practice to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Develop analysis and business cases that support prioritized transformation initiatives from design through sustained execution. Surface process and operational gaps with feasible design decisions, working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and Business Technologies teams to produce executive-ready artifacts. Prepare findings and recommendations for finance leadership and the executive team. Operate with high autonomy on complex analytical work, supporting automation and data-quality initiatives across the finance function. Works 30-50% travel, Monday through Friday between 7 am and 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance transformation
- Minimum of 3 years in a Big 4 (or comparable national) audit or finance advisory practice
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation, controls, and financial systems in a complex or multi-business-unit environment
- 30-50% travel
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Must be able to work a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role
- Must pass a background and drug test
