Job Summary
Drive AI-First Development by embedding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot into daily workflows to accelerate code generation and automate testing. Architect scalable financial solutions by designing robust data models across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP to support complex accounting operations. Build intelligent integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, and REST/SOAP/JSON protocols. Operate with a player-coach mindset to advise executives on native AI capabilities while deep in code deploying fixes. Translate complex accounting principles into concrete, scalable technical designs and comprehensive documentation to decouple business growth from manual overhead.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP
- Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
- Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies, breaking down technical debt into streamlined, automated processes
- Experience navigating peripheral financial modules intersecting with accounting data (Tax, FCCS)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java)
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms
