Job Summary
Lead ownership of the Group Finance AutoRek Reconciliation tool; manage end-to-end reconciliation and cash matching processes, support regulatory and internal reporting, and drive automation and data delivery across the finance system landscape. Define and implement governance for the AutoRek application, lead strategic implementation and continuous process improvements, and act as the main point of contact for senior management on performance of the reconciliation tool. Requires a qualified accountant with reconciliations/controls experience, hands-on SQL and database management, experience with AutoRek or similar reconciliation software, and proficiency in Power Apps with data visualisation. Familiarity with SDLC (Waterfall/Agile) and change control; AI solutions experience is a plus. Hybrid working arrangement (50% home/office) at Alderley Park.
Required Qualifications
