Senior Finance & Strategy Manager

Own the company's forecasting cycle end to end, managing rolling cash forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, the annual budget, and the long-range financial plan. Build and maintain robust, scenario-based financial models to support short-term operating decisions and long-term strategy, while running variance analysis to isolate key drivers and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership. Partner with commercial, operations, marketing, and product teams to drive performance against profitability and EBITDA targets, supporting financial analysis behind pricing decisions, promotional activity, and subscription economics. Prepare board materials and investor updates for fundraising and due diligence, managing the cap table and modelling dilution from option grants to funding rounds. Present clear, insightful reporting to senior leadership surfacing critical KPIs and metrics, acting as a trusted finance partner to align departmental budgets with overall business objectives.
